Hi Everyone. So I’m going to start by saying I am no chef and have not had any training of the sort from anyone. I do love Pinterest and for the most part that’s been my platform for learning how to cook. The baked honey chicken strips recipe comes directly from Pinterest and I will connect the dishes’ title name to the recipe so you guys can have direct access to it. The other dishes listed are all creations of my own and I truly hope you enjoy! I will be making these posts weekly. BELL PEPPER STEAK
This was a basic dinner dish I made and y’all it was de-li-cious. I wanted to add rice but realized at the last minute I didn’t have any but no big deal it was still great. I made steak strips with bell peppers and onions, black beans, broccoli, cauliflower and black beans. I absolutely love black beans and broccoli. If you’re watching these dishes and others you’ll notice I eat them a lot.

SNACK FRUIT BOWL
Mid-day, morning, afternoon or evening snack, a fruit bowl is always a good way to go. I made a fruit bowl of oranges, strawberries, blueberries, apples and the black berries are at the bottom. Basic.
PITA BREAD BREAKFAST SANDWICH
This beautiful morning started with this delicious pita bread breakfast sandwich filled with lettuce, tomatoes, turkey sausage, onions, bell peppers, egg and a slight sprinkle of cheese. Now I would usually do half an avocado but unfortunately I didn’t have any so… I grilled each side for all of short 1 minutes (pita cooked quick) and enjoyed.
BAKED CHICKEN WITH BELL PEPPERS AND ONIONS
Y’all wouldn’t believe how much I love my oven. This delicious baked chicken (I now only prefer skinless chicken) was amazing! I filled the pan with bell peppers and onions with a little water and BAM! Done and no stick. This with the broccoli and black beans was a so on point.
BREAKFAST POCKET SANDWICH
I laid the ingredients out so that you could see them. I used basic breakfast ingredients: turkey breakfast sausage, tomatoes, lettuce and sauteed bell peppers and onions. I stuffed them in the pocked and pan seared that for about 2 minutes on each side and done. That was breakfast.
These deliciously crunchy baked honey garlic chicken strips were nothing short of finger licking, smack dabbing amazing. The sweet peas and spinach topped them off with a nice healthy touch and melted right into the meal. The sauce looks heavy but I promise it was super light and was good.
