  1. The client(s)/signer(s) is REQUIRED to sign all necessary documents in the presence of The Professional Notary signing agent. The client(s)/signer(s) MUST show non-expired identification in order to have said services rendered. The Professional Notary DOES NOT bear witness to documents and present as the signer of a document to be notarized.
  2. Here is a list of publicly recorded documents that The Professional Notary (and all Georgia notaries) are NEVER allowed to notarize:
    • Birth certificate
    • Corporate documents on file with the Georgia Secretary of State Corporations Division
    • Court documents
    • Death certificate
    • Divorce decree
    • Documents filed with a Georgia County Clerk of Superior Court
    • Marriage certificate
