Everyone’s journey is different but I like to think we all share something in common. The weight-loss journey is not easy for most people and I assure you I understand.

Everyone’s schedule is a bit hectic and we all have things that prevent us from eating healthy 24/7, working out 7 days a week and getting 8 hours of rest every night. Some people suffer from depression and other mental blockages due to weight-loss and many of us are all too familiar with them. The weight-loss goal, no matter the amount, can be achieved, despite the mental blockages you may face. After my head-on car collision in January of 2020 (the start of the coronavirus as well) I had to make some changes to my life to achieve my goal.

I made some changes in my life that helped me get on track to a healthier and happier life. I believe in sustainable weight-loss. Losing weight is great but sustaining the weight-loss after losing it is even better. Sometimes people will do the most to lose weight and then don’t know how to keep it off. My steps will not only help you lose weight but it will help you sustain your weight-loss.

Meal Plans

I’ve been on my weight-loss journey almost a year now and changing my diet was the first thing I did. It was because of the change in my diet that I was even able to workout to begin with (read “My Story” above), so I’ve decided to help others who may be going through something similar. The 7-day meal plans are specifically designed to include foods you currently enjoy eating while also being healthy and balanced. This plan includes measured caloric portioned meals designed to fit into your current eating schedule. It could include as many as 21 meals and as least as 5 meals, whatever works for you. Yoga Sessions

Hi Everyone. I’ve been doing Yoga since September of 2020 it has helped me tremendously on my weight-loss journey. I’ve reached the intermediate phase of Yoga and I’m certainly excited about all that is to come. Several people have shown interest in starting on their Yoga journey and I’d love to be your guide. I understand how challenging Yoga may seem but anything can seem a bit challenging initially. Overtime Yoga and the many poses will come with ease as your strength increase and breathing techniques get better. I’m currently offering 15min, 30min and 60min yoga sessions virtually via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Skype or any other visual platform. Workout Plans

I usually workout 6 days out the week and trust me this did not happen overnight. I worked my way up to this and the intense, now HIIT, workout I do. Working out can be a pain if you don’t know what to do and what area of the body you’re actually targeting. After finishing my physical therapy I concentrated on my workouts and began designing my own workout plans. The workout plans I create were specifically designed to target my problem areas and aid in achieving my goal. Whether that goal is bulking up or slimming down there is a workout plan that I can provide for you. I can include as many as 20 movements and as least as 5, whatever works best for you. Do you want to lift weights or go weightless at home? Either way, my workout plan can help you achieve your goal. Click and request a plan today.
